{June 16, 2010}   Romeo and Juliet’s Death

Juliet’s mother plays a part in the death of her daughter. Juliet’s mother is so evil. She couldn’t understand Juliet’s thinking and feeling because she didn’t hear anything from Juliet. Juliet wanted to marry Romeo but her mother not allowed her to do that so that’s why she wanted to pretend her death and run away with her loves. The Montague’s and Capulet’s are two rival families. Montague’s son is Romeo who is in love with Rosaline. He goes to Capulet’s party. At this party, he meets Juliet and immediately fells in love with her. He later finds out that she is a Capulet. He decides that he loves her anyway and they confess their love for each other during the very famous “balcony scene” in which they agree to secretly marry the next day. Friar Lawrence agrees to marry them. Unfortunately, the fighting gets worse and Mercutio a good friend of Romeo’s has a fight with Tybalt, Juliet’s cousin. Tybalt kills Mercutio, which causes Romeo to kill Tybalt in an angry rage. For this, Romeo is banished from Verona. At the same time, the Capulet’s are planning Juliet’s marriage to Paris. Juliet does not want to marry this man, so she arranges with Friar Lawrence to fake her own death with a sleeping potion that will make everyone think that she is dead. Friar Lawrence promises to send word to Romeo to meet her when the potion wears off. Unfortunately, Romeo does not receive this message on time, he hears of her “death” and goes to Juliet’s tomb where he drinks poison and dies. When Juliet’s potion wears off, she awakens to find her lovers, but she sees Romeo’s death then she stabs herself with Romeo’s dagger. I think Friar Lawrence and Friar John are to blame for Romeo and Juliet’s death because Friar Lawrence promises to Juliet that he will send this message, but Friar John doesn’t complete. That is just the second reasons. I think the first reason is the Montagues and Capulets. They do not allow Romeo and Juliet to marry. What is blame Romeo and Juliet’s death? It’s poison and love. Juliet can not stand with her thinking that “Romeo is dead, I can not live without him”,… but after Romeo and Juliet’s death, the two families find the bodies and their shared sorrow. Finally, makes peace with each other. Juliet’s mother plays a part in the death of her daughter. Juliet’s mother is so evil.
